Are any utilities included in the rent?

Utilities inclusion vary by building.  Some buildings have all utilities included, some only hot water.  Visit our apartments section for more details.

Are pets allowed in the buildings?

All our buildings are cat friendly, and our Pine Glen Rd. location in Riverview is also Pet Friendly.

Are the apartments furnished?

All of our apartments have a fridge and stove and most have dishwashers.  Each building has coin operated washer and dryer machines and our 1670 Mountain Rd location has washer and dryer hook ups in the apartments.

Do I need renters’ insurance?

It’s not required, but it is recommended.  In the event of a fire, we have insurance on the building, it is your responsibility to have insurance on your contents.

How often do you update the apartments listed for rent on the website?

The web site is updated at least monthly.

Is parking available?  Is it free?

All units have free parking.  Some units also have assigned parking.
